ISO 9001:2000 / AS9100B:2004 Certification

Gear Technology is certified to the requirements ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100B:2004. ISO 9001:2004 is published by the International Organization for Standardization and places process management front and center, promoting a systems-based manufacturing environment to guarantee product reliability and customer satisfaction. AS9100B:2004 was designed for the aerospace industry by SAE International and defines the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS) based upon ISO 9001:2000. This standard promotes increased product reliability and reduces costs by: improving process control and documentation, streamlining production workflow, enhancing employee quality awareness, and drastically reducing manufacturing defects.
